Breakout Big Ten bowl performers to watch in 2015

Bowl season can be a wonderful thing when it’s going right, and for a conference expected to lose every game it played a 5-5 record is about as good as one could ask for. So is winning a New Years Six bowl game and one of the two first College Football Playoff semi-finals in history.

While Ohio State still has one big game left, the rest of the Big Ten begins to focus in earnest towards the 2015 season that is just eight LOOOONNNNGGGG months away from happening.

However, one of the most interesting parts of bowl season every year is the knowledge that some players are going to breakout. Some break out of shadows of great players, others finally put a season of inconsistency behind them and still others flat-out come out of nowhere.

Every year there’s a small group of players who impress enough to be ones to keep an eye on for the next season. Thusly, we present to you the breakout Big Ten bowl performers to watch from this bowl season.
