2014 Big Ten Preseason Position Rankings: Coaching staffs

As we wind our way through the different position groups heading in to the season, there’s one group that may matter more than any other we talk about. Of course, I’m talking about coaching.

Just look at what one bad hire can do to a program like Michigan, or what one great hire can do to a program like Michigan State. However, it’s not just about the head coaches and what they can or can’t do — it’s also about the coaches they surround themselves with.

So, let’s take a look at those coaching staffs and see which ones come out on top, shall we?
